Anyone use the Excel file to determine profit per gallery?

I am not very good at excel, but I often shoot sporting events and hire additional photographers and pay them a percentage on sales, this gives them more incentive to shoot better photos I feel, however I don't show an easy way to view sales per Gallery.

I know there are ways to set up excel to do this, and I can spend a lot of time doing it myself or see if anyone else has a tool that can import sales history and filter profit per gallery.

    Hi nine22,

The CSV can give you a great way to check profit for specific gallery. First you will need to download the "FILTERED DETAILED CSV" file to your computer. Now open the file in MS EXCEL.

The first ROW is a row of labels like ORDER ID, DATE, QUANTITY etc. Please select the first row and create a filter - I have a great video tutorial on how to create filters in MS EXCEL:

By creating a filter you will be able to filter your orders based on date, order id, gallery number, gallery title etc.

    I hope this helps!

thanks for that, but its not that simple, because if you sort by gallery, profit is not calculated out to include the charge for branding of sales. therefor the dollar amount of profit is incorrect of filtered by gallery.
