How to put custom facebook social plugin (like with count) code in to smugmug site ?

From facebook i got this code

in smugmug site i put this code by using html code and in result its disply nothing..

if smugmug doesn't support iframe then please tell me its alternative...

As far as I know iframe is not supported in new smugmug. Your alternative would be to go to facebook and see if they provide another method of placing their plugin on a site.
