avatar trouble

it won't let me put in a picture. i put it at 80x80 pixels. and it said too many kb. so i kept downgrading. and it wouldn't let me. so could one of you Dgrin experts help me out?:scratch

    Hi Daniel,

    The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). Try using "save for web" and make your avatar a .gif file... If you need to, email it to me and I'll help you.
