Social Media Sharing

I need help. My clients have noticed that they can't share their images on facebook or other social media. I have created a gallery to test it and in fact I only get two options one is email and the other is get a link. But when I am logged in as the owner, it shows me the links. Please help!

    It sounds as if the galleries may be password protected, which limits the available sharing options for visitors. Sharing to Facebook and other sites is only available on public or unlisted galleries.
