If memory serves me well I am subscribed to SmugMug and I have to pay every year in November.
Usually - and I have been here for 5 years, I think - I get a mail about the renew.
But not this year. May be it is gone to the spam folder and I erased it as I usualy do...
I wanted to upload an image and bang, something wrong is going on... :cry
Help please.
Oh and something else: I do not need the Professional subscription.

I logged in and I can upload now.
I move to POWER subscription. It's enough for me !

Make sure to log in from www.smugmug.com
If you log in after you visit your custom domain first, it can cause the error you are seeing. We are investigating that issue.

"Teach" told me to email at help@smugmug.com which I did. (Post number 4)
As I had no direct answer the next day or so and the problem persisted, I looked at my bookmarks for this thread. The bookmark is only for the first page. I didn't see the second one.
As usual, you do not send mails on treads as you used to. Probably my fault...
I logged in from SmugMug now. I tried and the upload was OK.
However, I do not know what is going to happen later...
