If this turns out to be true, it would explain the price-dip on the current 24-70II. Does everybody have their second mortgages ready to buy an IS version?
ISO 3200 - f1.4 - 1/80 - NO sharpening or noise reduction applied; adjusted wb and contrast. No hunting and the af is SILENT.
Yeah, I think you could say I'm pleased This is as sharp as anything would be in this light at this ISO. I'm also in love with the focal length - I'm so used to tele that it will take some getting used to, but ooh this is a whole new world!
PS Haven't even taken the dock out of the box; this is focusing perfectly as is. Keep or return the add-on for future need? Hmm....
