Account locked out - desperate

Sorry to bring smugmug account issue here but I am posting on behalf of a friend who is desperate. She had a payment not go through on SM for some vouchers but there was also more than what was owed to her thorough sales yet to be paid. An email was sent in querying but before a response was received back the account is now offline with no access at all. I am sure it is probably a miscommunication or mistake but there has already been a load of lost business today of clients not being able to get access to the studio directions and more set for tomorrow.

Being saturday night i am expecting SM help desk to be closed till monday so this is a last desperate hope of any of the heroes who might be able to message me so we can get the site back online and then get the stuff sorted on monday.

Did you try to contact the help desk (http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/emails/new)?

As far as I know the help desk is staffed 24x7, and the page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93368 says:

SmugMug's Support Heroes are standing by 365 days a year. You'll get a friendly reply, usually within hours.

We Heroes never sleep, we're always available :-) I see Seth re-opened the account a couple hours ago. Just make sure the account owner pays for their renewal ASAP, and all should be well.

I just want to say thanks... I didn't know the heroes were 24 hours and as you said Seth was not he case very quickly... Thank again.. Excellent service!!!
