Regretting my SmugMug Purchase

Seriously, in this age. why is this service so difficult to configure and use?
All I want is a nice place to share my photos, and maybe sell a few prints... After 2 days, my site still looks awful, and finding information/instructions is very difficult. At least with Zenfolio, I was able to get a site up and running in one day.
I either need some serious help, or I'd like a refund.

In addition to the links Eric provided, our friend Ryan Oakley created a very nice tutorial on how to create a beautiful site in 90 minutes. It is a mix of text and video tutorials, and alot of people have found it very helpful.
