Delivered my framed and matted New England Aster to my client last night.
(She bought as a Christmas Present for Her Mom who is 85)
Took the liberty of taking a few shots while I was at Her house.

She had a coupla kewl Christmas ornaments and Her Daughters Dogs.
She is "Dog Sitting" for here Daughter while She moves from Chicago to NY.
Both Dogs are rescue dogs that were adopted from a shelter.

These shots reflect those subjects.

Taken with Canon 10D...Canon 28-90mm @ ISO100 with 420EX Flash with Sto-Fen.

PP = Crop....Curves for Ornaments and USM

The ornament shots are great. I can tell on the 2nd one that you used flash, but it doesn't look overly "flashed".
The dogs are very good shots.
The 1st one is so clear and right on. He's just begging to be petted.
The 2nd one I wish he was either on the wood floor or on the rug completely.
Can't always get them to do what you want, can ya.
3rd one could loose the white sweater sticking out of his head.

    Good job on tough subjects.

That are some nice xmas-tree-figures, even though they're a bit creepy.
I also like the first dog shot - great shot!
