Customer reported "Create a Card" not working

Hello,

I have a customer who tried the "Create a Card" function for a photo in one of my galleries (http://galleries.thatonesummer.com/pet/santa2013), and reported that after she chose a card type (4x8 card), she got an error saying "authorize application fail".

I told her to update Flash, and she said that it still doesn't work. She tried Internet Explorer and Chrome with no positive results.

Is this a problem on Smugmug's side or on her side? She was clearly emailing from a work email, so perhaps it's something to do with her company firewall.

    Hi Tom,

    As you can imagine, folks are creating cards like crazy, right now. We're not seeing issues, so I suspect it is something at her work that's blocking the card creator to work.

    Please suggest she try again, from her home computer. If she still has trouble, she can email us, or contact you, again.

    Hope all goes well when she is outside of her workplace.
