Interesting subject and nice lighting, but, I find the crop/composition cramped and the cut-off portions of the container (by omission) distracting.
I think the monk in the background helps tell the story, but if you get an opportunity to re-shoot, I suggest a landscape aspect and off-setting the person from the incense
a bit, it will help open-up the composition.

^Yeah, just a step or two to either the right or left might have done it in this one.

I agree with the above comments in regards to the composition needing more nose room.

    Or, how about this:

Hope you don't mind me mucking with your image. If you do, let me know and I'll take it down at once.

I think this a better balanced imaged and the frame gives stability to the vertical lines.

Yup... good idea Richard - the tighter, square, crop brings the emphasis to the subject(s) and now the overlap doesn't bother me at all.

Richard - Many thanks for your comments and I have to agree, I like your cropping much better than my own. Unfortunately, I only have this one image but I will replicate your crop because I like it better.

Also want to thank Earache, lensmole and torags for your input. I value any constructive advice and comments regarding my images.
