Question on a plugin

Can anyone tell me if this plugin is usable on my site? It could be java related but not sure. I would like to use it for before and afters on my site.

It's Javascript plugin, so you're out of luck.

I don't believe you can achieve that "click and drag" behaviour without using JavaScript. But here's something fairly similar that is possible on SmugMug using just CSS:
