    Hi Jeff, nice to see you posting again.
    On these, I think the subject has a lot of potential - urban sculptures are fun...
    sometimes very difficult to capture because of angles, backgrounds, and lighting conditions.

    So, on #1, I think angle doesn't show the piece well and a closer view for detail or further away for the entire object would make a better composition.
    On #2, the trees and light pole clutter the frame.
