Swap lightbox/thumbnail position?

I've seen a few examples of this and was wondering how to accomplish: by default, the lightbox image is on the right, and the gallery thumbnails are on the left. What do I need to do to switch that...so lightbox is on the left and thumbnails are on the right?

Thanks!

See customization "SM Layout: Swap the Image and Thumbnails" on this page -

I need to find a way to better organize things -- there's getting to be so many and they all blend together. Do you guys find it's a bit of a mess or are things OK so far?

For the most part things are OK. I think part of the confusion may come because folks don't always look in the "other customizations" box. I just saw that you've moves a chunk of these to a more specific page - that should help.

Aaron, are you aware that some of your code is "escaping" when viewed on smaller monitors? This is a grab at 1280px wide:

Gratzi -- a simple CSS tweak to make the text wrap within the PRE box fixed that. Thanks for pointing it out. You shouldn't see overflow anymore ;)

Yep! My goal over the next day or two is to move everything out of "Other Customizations" and get rid of it ;) I've just been so busy with work, life, the holidays, and shooting that I never got around to taking screenshots, giving more detailed instructions, etc. I wanted the customizations available but didn't want to put the time in. Now it's time to put the effort :)

    Swap stopped working
The swap of the main image and the thumbnails stopped working for me.
    www.arrowphotos.com/Boulder

There is one thing I did before it happened:

I created a Gallery in the Organize page. I then went to that gallery before uploading. I uploaded from the Gallery INSTEAD of my normal process of uploading from the Organize page. As soon as the images uploaded, the "swap" was disable on ALL galleries and I cannot get it back. I have even deleted the gallery that caused this problem. I have also added the CSS for swap in my theme. Nothing works. ne_nau.gif

    Any ideas on this one?
    Thanks,
    Charles

    Hi -

I love the look of this. Thanks, Aaron. But I'm having trouble getting the swap to work in Chrome 32 and IE 10; works fine in FF26, which is also where I did the customizing. The code is there, but no swap.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

Great observation. I see the same thing. Chrome and IE 10 stopped working, but FF still works.

Hmm ... it's very strange. It stopped working on my site as well.

It doesn't work in Safari either. It's bizzare that all of a sudden the "float" command stopped floating it. I'm not sure if SmugMug changed something in their code or not. I did a quick 20 minute look tonight and I can't, for the life of me, figure out why the old CSS isn't working. I don't see anything overriding it. The code should work. I'll have to tinker tomorrow. And talk to Bonocore.

Thanks, Aaron, for checking this out. Be great to have it working across browsers as before.
