Remove image file name on hover?

Not sure if this is a browser thing or if it's something that can be customized - I was wondering if there is a way to stop the name of the image file from appearing, when you hover over the image. I find it pretty distracting, and it calls attention to my poorly named files

Ahh, sorry, this is not modifiable by the user. I'm not techy enough to understand why.
I'm also not sure if SM can do anything about it, either. Perhaps someone else will chime in as to whether it's on Smug's "to do" list.

If you add a caption to the photo the hover will show the captions instead of the file name.

Perfect, Denise...I just added my business name as the caption for all photos in question!

You can use bulk captions and keywords to add captions to all photos in a gallery. Go into the organizer, click on a gallery, click the wrench icon, click captions & keywords.

If you turn off the display of filenames in your gallery's settings (the Appearance section), it'll prevent the filename pop-up from appearing when you're not logged in (when you're logged in, it always displays). You can't prevent an image title or caption from appearing in the hover pop-up, though.
