Pagination Behavior on a Tablet

I was playing around on the new Galaxy Tab we got for Christmas. I went to check out how my wedding services page looks. What I noticed is that it loads very slowly one section at a time. Text appears blurred for a while, and then comes into focus. Images appear after that, and then slideshows begin. As I scroll down this repeats, with a lengthy pause as the next section loads. If I try to scroll back up, it has to reload that portion of the page.
I seem to recall there being a pagination setting in the customization menu somewhere. Has it been moved? Does anyone know where I can find how to change this loading behavior? I'm noticing that more and more folks are using tablets to view my pages, so I'd like to see if I can fix this. No one wants to wait 10+ seconds for a section of page to load.
