Color varies depending on browser

Is there a CSS or other setting I can tweak to make the different browsers show the same border style and colors? This is the same code. I had no idea browsers would mess up something this simple.

Nope, that's the way the different browser render things. Same thing with text.

I don't see this as a problem, and I'm pretty "picky".
