    Jeff, I'm gonna' beat-you-up a little on this one... but mind you, this is just one person's opinion.
    There are some items of interest in-frame, but the composition seems cluttered and not able to feature any of the subject(s) well.
    The rope is there of course, but it is THERE and appears to drop from the sky...
    I think some of the foreground context is lost in the close view and the background is blown-out in favor
    of the boat's shadows - so a bit of an uneven exposure - not always bad, but it doesn't work here for me.

    I'm glad that you had a great trip!
    And, let her know that wives in every corner of the world share the same misery... and an occasional husband does too!

    I understand and appreciate the opinion (good or bad!). Why else would I post here to see what people think? :) so I have things to work on haha. The trip was great, met great people and had a great time with the wife. Thanks for looking and commenting eric =) Love your site, I'm going through the "Up" gallery right now
