Making PDF images of your Legacy site

In case anyone is trying to figure out how to do so before unveiling.... and others may know how to tweak Adobe PDF settings better, this has worked for me:
- In IE 11, with Adobe Professional toolbar installed, "Convert web page to PDF".
This produces a PDF that has the background colors. Yes, it splits a long webpage into multiple PDF pages, and it adds a white border on all 4 edges.
FF and Chrome, print to PDF, any way i tried, would not produce the site background colors, and I couldn't find in the Adobe settings how to fix that. But in IE 11, I didn't need to.
Of course taking snapshots as images is another method, but if you do want PDF...
