new on smugmug..help for customization needed

hi, i am new on smugmug and unsuccessfully trying to set up the customization as in the enclosed files. can you help? thanks for your help.

expected "home" view - view all folders on the left side bar plus thumbnails in the main section.

How do you have your "homepage" and "/browse" pages setup? You need to get out of the organizer and get to the "Customizer". Click "Done", then click "Customize" and "Customize Site". Then on the right side navbar select "Homepage". Customize your homepage so it has a left-sidebar and thumbnails on the main section. You can drop a "multiple photos" block, for example, to generate the thumbnails in the body of your site.

In addition to what leftquark said above, are you aware that you are the only person who will be able to see the Organizer view? That is for logged in users only.
