Thumbnail needed for Page

Hi there!
I have made a 'Page' without photos, just has text. Is there a way to assign a thumbnail image to this page so that when it shows up in the folder ( http://www.mairichisholm.com/Info ) it will show the clickable thumbnail image instead of the default greyed out icon of a page?

    yes, go into your Page settings and put in a featured Image

    When you go into choose a featured photo you can browse to anywhere on your site and select one.
    Use the breadcrumb at the top left.
