What it takes to remove an administrator

I downgraded my Pro account, which practically speaking meant I lost my administrator.
However she kept telling me she still had access.
Today I unveiled so she and I skyped video with screenshare to check on some issues, and we looked into what was going on with her access.
She had not deleted cookies so we did that.
Then she showed me she was still logged in by showing me the bottom corner of her Firefox window.
DUH. She had SmugManager installed.
Uninstalled it and things are normal.
I mention this for those who had an administrator then dropped the Pro level.
You may *still* have an administrator in a functional status.
