And a great New Year to you too Cristóbal!!

btw... I think I'm starting 2014 off right - I ordered a Pivot 29er, 'cause I just HAD to have bigger wheels!
Been waiting for two weeks now - it's killing me!

OK this one has kept me wondering if he is a statue or in costume. Nice shot either way!

I had to look that up. Turns out it's a $4,300 bicycle!

All I can think of is how much glass I could get for that.

I think I paid about half that for my first new automobile.

Flesh and Blood... Thanks for commenting mayfly, I'm pleased to know I was able to convey some of the ambiguity of the street performance - I'm sure he would be too.

That's at or near 2014 MSRP - my unit is a heavily discounted, zero-interest, close-out spec - so it stings quite a bit less.
Believe it or not, that bike is entirely mid-level in spec and cost - carbon (and some aluminum) frame competition bikes routinely run 10K. Go figure!

    Fun shot!

Thanks much Patti... This street performance-art is fun - I'm always impressed with the level of commitment on the part of these individuals.

Thanks for looking and commenting Ben - much appreciated!

btw... It's nice to hear from y'all - it gets lonely in the forum sometimes without you (and many of the other) veterans.
