What are unlisted galleries and....

I am almost finished with my new site. My questions are:

What is an unlisted gallery and how to I make it listed?
How do I make my albums within my client gallery visible? (like my legacy site)
How do I get rid of the drop down menu on my menu bar?

My site is not yet unveiled and I'm trying to fix these things before I do so.

It looks like you've already unveiled.

Your client galleries are visible but they don't show a featured image. If you would like them to show an image instead of just a lock symbol, go into gallery settings and select a feature image.

Unlisted galleries are not shown to viewers unless they are explicitly linked. A public gallery is visible; and unlisted gallery is not. Whether a gallery is public, unlisted, or private is set in the Security and Privacy section of the gallery settings. See help page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/1229910.
