I was out the other day taking some pics for a local car fanatic. Thought I would share a few. Critiques and coments are apreciated.

    Scion shots

    Hey,
These look pretty good. It looks like you gave some thought to the background and surroundings. The tough thing with cars (and I'm no pro, I am only responding because I did some recent car shots for a friend, so I'm just passing what I encountered) is that they are one huge reflective surface. The first shot looks good but you notice that the reflection of the building cuts into the lines of the windshield and the hood. The side shot has the refection of what is right of the car... I saw in your gallery that you had some nice indoor car shots with less reflections. Just some observations that I don't really have an answer for. My guess is that you really need to think out angles and light when shooting. Maybe someone with more experience has some suggestions.

Nice shots of the Scion. I like the contrast between the car and backgrounds.
I'd try some more interesting angles and maybe a poloraizer to cut down on
    the reflections.

I really like the first and second one but some of them look slightly crooked, I think its because the road is slanted, good series though, I will have to take some photos of my sister BMW soon and post em.

Thanks for the great coments and critiqiues. I didnt use a polarizer because I thought the reflections would give it a little more character and realism to it. Those pictures that were shot in that garage were hevily photoshoped and I didnt like the out come of them because it made the paint and colors look almost flat. I will take all your coments into consideration and thank you again.
