Since smugmug no longer allows customizing with arbitrary javascript scripts, it poses limitations in using well known browser behaviours - like css3 PIE, that allows styling with some CSS3 constructs in older versions of IE

Can this be allowed via certain optional content blocks? Without this, we have to resort to many ie version specific styling hacks for customization, and certain things like transparency, rounded corners and box-shadows can't be done
In this specific example, it may just be sufficient to host PIE.htc on smugmug servers as it cannot be used cross site
