Mobile nav bar

In my mobile I see the nav bar on vertical position but the menu is incomplete on my mobile do you know why?

Is in french in the top nav bar

Forfaits ( level 1 )
Séances Studio ( level 2 )
Forfaits Maternité ( level 3)
Forfaits Studio( level 3)

On my IPhone I don't see the level 3

I checked my setting and I turned on Collapse for mobile

I found a post that indicates that levels on mobile are limited to 2.

From this post in this thread:

Thank you for contacting SmugMug. The limit to how many levels a menu can display on a mobile device is at 2. Any additional levels from the menu will not be displayed.
