Weird message in Organizer

Why is this weird message appearing in the top left corner of Organizer

The enticing image your visitors will see in your
site navigation that they can't resist clicking.

Got out and went back in and didn't see it.

I was in the middle of removing the dashes from about 12 folder names while leaving the nicename with dashes.
Should of taken a screen shot but at least copied the text.
I also don't remember seeing the breadcrumb up there. Did notice it later, almost like I have not seen it before.

This is the message displayed in the Help question mark hover over for "Featured Image" when in the folder or gallery settings. Did it look like this?

The text is the same and I'm sure it looked like that but in the upper left corner on Organizer.

I edited the title of the 12 folders at the end "folder" listing starting with "Birding 2014 February".
Somewhere in the middle of doing this the weird message appeared.

Hmmmm, weird. May have been a case of the page load not completing and somehow that got displayed. I will keep an eye out to see if it happens on my end. Please take a screenshot if you happen to stumble upon it again

Been trying to reproduce. I added more info in my last post.
I was doing this in rapid fire mode and must of broke it
