Girl with cigarette

I think this was my first time asking stranger to pose and possibly my first portrait, if it can be classified as one. Might as well try more of these because I really like how the image turned out and the experience of nagging strangers for a photo-op is also fun, a new kind of awkward :)

    Love it. Only thing that might have made it better would be some smoke rising from the cigarette.

    The image might be more dramatic by cropping the bright area to the right.

    Pure film noir. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Hack, although I see what you mean, the bright right hand side leads my eye right into the shadows. thumb.gif
