I am transitioning from the legacy to the new smugmug and I seem to have done something to my settings. When I look at the site as a visitor ( I can't seem to see a way to log out to see the site) in another browser I don't see my picture or any galleries. They are there but don't show in Crome or Firefox.

My site is junglejim.smugmug.com:dunno

    Hi Jungle Jim!

There is no longer a visitor's view in new SmugMug, so you just need to view the site logged out. To log out, find the little "me" icon, in the upper right corner of your site. (A tiny shot of your profile photo). Open that menu to see the logout link.

You don't recall where you uploaded your profile photo? I found it in a private gallery, called Trip to coast. That is why it doesn't show for your logged out viewers.

For what it's worth, I personally enjoy using two browsers. I can stay logged in on one, and view logged out on the other.

Check your gallery and/or folder settings for the images that will not appear to your logged out viewers. Images from private galleries or folders cannot be shared, at all. Images that are collected from unlisted galleries may not appear, if the external embedding settings are not set to yes.

    I hope this helps!

I think the solution is to move your profile pic so it is an unlisted gallery and not a private one. Could be public too of course.
