Eliminating Title background block

Hello,
I thought I solved this but it is back.

When I click a thumbnail the large photo has a translucent band that obscures the bottom of the photo.

I assume this is somehow connected to the 'title' block.

Can someone tell me how to get rid of the band.

Try this in your theme CSS
