delete and start over

:D How can I delete and start all over. I messed everything up and just need the madness to end and start over. I can not start over because it says my email and password are used...yes...please delete everything. I really need help and I can' t seem to do anything right.

    What is it that you want to change? Maybe we can fix you up without resorting to that.
