Actually, it is a farmer with a team of oxen competing in the ox pull at the Sandwich fair. Interesting guy.

Glad you liked this.
I took this on tri-x and 35-105 canon zoom back in the days and scanned it to digital.
I fell to talking to him in the pulling pits and his eyes tell a lot about his character.....it twinkled just like his eyes.
I have met bunch of interesting people at horse and oxen pulls over the years.
