This little girl was quite shy and afraid when first introduced to me. After a bit of time playing games with her and mom, I got about 10 "keepers". Here are a few of my fave's.
These were shot .jpg and except for crop and vignette are SOC. This was my 24th session of the day on a Saturday. Hope it doesn't show.

Well, I did have an assistant to help with paper work and dressing the subjects.
Kind of have this vintage kid thing down to a Henry Ford type business model. I.E. Production line type photography with the hope that the finished product doesn't look like it.
Still, by the end of a 9 hour day, I be tired. I'm not a kid anymore.
On the plus side, at the end of the day, I have a REALLY good excuse for the missus to have a couple of beer's.
Not as much as many think I should be, but, when you do the volume of 20 to 28 sittings per day it adds up pretty quickly.
Keep in mind, that there is almost ZERO post processing done to these images. They're pretty much just uploaded to my lab and the lab crops and prints to my specs. On these 24 sittings with six to 10 keepers per sitting, I might have 15 minutes of post work prior to uploading directly to the lab.
I spent almost as much time preparing these three images to post on the web as I did with the entire day's work prior to sending.

Gee, Thanks Ryan. And out of professional courtesy, I'd shoot it for free!
Glad you like this set Qarik. They were a bit too hot for my taste with this genre, but the lab will tone them down a bit.
2 and 3 are lovely too. Although I think you could have toned down the power of the flash a tad. Looks slighty overexposed, but still really lovely shots.
Thanks MG. The final prints that the client sees will have 2 and 3 toned down a bit. My prints are always a bit "darker" than the web image. Again, these are SOC so any adjustments will be made during the printing process. I still show proofs for just this reason.
Thanks so much for chiming in!
