I love the black and white. Love how everyone is looking off to the right, but then the little guy on the far right looks back into the photo and ties it together.

This really is good. I love the conversion. It's very crisp. The angle of the craft coupled with the interesting expressions make it a winner. I also like how the water in the upper left fades into white offering a nice counterbalance to the subjects.
