Share Button - Twitter Hash Tag words not showing in tweet?

Hi One And All
In the setup of this you can enter hash tag (see photo), my understanding is that when someone shares by twitter these Hash tag words will show in the post! but they don’t, I’am I missing something? or is this not working?

Try comma separated hashtags, something like this - wildlife, travel, photography
I'll ask the engineer who built the Share Buttons to see if he could add a 'Helpie' in the Tweet Hashtag section to help explain what needs to be entered.
