I had just about settled on my photo of rain for this challenge, which I think ends today but it snowed yesterday and when I woke up this morning, I found this on the windows



which also demonstrates weather I think





I still think I like the rain one best - but if anyone else has time to answer I'd appreciate it.

A good decision imo, considering the remit.
#1 above is a nice 'texture' shot, btw - but 2, 3 are spoiled by the pole thingy in the bg.

That 'stick' is the window frame. It is ice crystals that formed on the inside of the window pane. #1 just has it on the other side and it is post-processed differently.

I should really keep track of what I did because once I get something I like, I can't remember how to get there again.
