System Error

Has anyone received a "System Error" message, when trying to upload? I have sent a message to support but its been almost 2 hours and I haven't received a response. I have also deleted my cookies from my browser but that did not fix this problem. Anyone?? smugmug file.jpg

    I'm not getting a system error, but every time I have uploaded in the past few days, it tells me it's complete so I click Done, and then I get a pop-up that says "Cancel Uploads and Close?" The only way to get out of it is click on Yes. Fortunately, the photos have all uploaded okay, but obviously there's just some kind of glitch with uploading.

    I haven't had that error, and I don't know for sure the reason for the problem, but one might be if you have spaces or special characters in the file name. You could try renaming the problem image and trying again?

    clap.gifSorry for taking so long to get back to this post but I was able to upload the photos once I resized these to a common size. I had sized these to a specific size that the customer required , which is not a "standard" photo size. I resized these and was able to upload with out a problem. Just FYI, probably want happen to anyone else but if it does you might consider resizing.
