Succulent Drop

Haven't seen any macro's taken on the Fuji's (X-Series, XE1 here) greater than 1:2. These are just a tad over 1.5:1. Water drop is 4mm across. Taken with the Nikon Micro-Nikkor 55mm f/2.8 @ f/11. Also used the M2 extension tube (27.5mm). Used a macro focusing rail and an air-remote-release.

Thanks everyone! What I was most surprised at was when I zoomed in with live view, you could see little bugs swimming in the droplet. Was a fun exercise, will definitely do it again.

Some folks on other sites have been interested in the setup...

XE1 + Fuji to Nikon adapter + M2 Extension Tube (27.5mm extension) + Micro-Nikkor 55mm f/2.8. It is sitting on a Velbon macro-focusing rail.
