Fisherman's Engagement
My Son just got engaged. He is a fisherman and he thought he would take his girlfriend to the lake and have her reel in 'the big catch'. By no means am I a pro and no intentions. They just wanted a few to capture the moment. So... I tried. I read another thread that Engagement photos were to represent their lifestyle and I have to say his proposal was just that and I want to know....In your humble opinion...do these work? I have 'regular' photos that show their face...but wanted to show the 'how'.

Think about this....she puts the ring on her finger. The line is tied to the ring, and he is reeling her in.
If it were summer I would have her in the water.
Sam
True story....they go fishing. He asks her to fetch something from his tackle box strategically based far from shore. He ties her ring on VERY secured and casts it. She returns...he asks her to reel it in very slowly. She does and sees nothing but slime on the hook. (That was not planned). She cleans it off and behold...a diamind ring! He said he was shakingly nervous....not so much for the proposal but that a fish would grab it or she would get a snag! She uncovers the slime and is stunned. It took her ten minutes to take it all in laughing nervously. She said 'yes'.
Suggestions?
