Caption Visibility in Journal Galleries

I've hidden the captions and keywords that normally show beneath the image in a journal style gallery by setting the visibility to hidden. Now, I want to make just certain captions visible. Does anyone know how to do this?
The individual images seem to have an id called dataclientid (e.g., "dataclientid = 'sm-galleryimage-model_7'"). Can this be pointed to in CSS?
