Orphaned gallery doesn't show in UI or API.

Does anyone have any experience with a gallery that exists, but does not show in the UI unless it is explicitly searched for? I believe the gallery was renamed at some point, and maybe that has something to do with it?

This same orphaned gallery will not return over the API either, its dead to SM unless you know exactly what you're searching for... even when logged into the account the gallery is never shown anywhere.

Any ideas?

You mean a gallery that doesn't even appear in the organiser? It might have its "parent gallery" ID set to one that doesn't exist any more, which would make it invisible to any of the hierarchical gallery enumeration.

You should probably send a ticket into the help desk to have someone with access to the database poke at it.
