I think having a splash page is waste of a click and it looks dated. You have the same info on your home page, so I would remove the splash page. Not that it matters, but it doesn't look like your using Smugmug. My main site isn't powered by SM either.

Reasonably fast (for some reason the very first page was a bit slow even though nothing much on it, maybe chance). It's clean and simple and easy to navigate, not complicated. I would go through some of the shots and make sure they are your best work, I suspect some may have been affected by fitting to the screen (simple example, #19 on Diana + Tim, obvious focus is on the hands but the fingers are cropped, or #8 on the home page where the left image crops the bottom of the dress). Some very nice work there, which is why a few shots look a bit out of place.

I agree about the splash page.

Caveat: I do web sites and sports, not weddings.
