Most opening ceremonies for MX events have really cool pyrotechnics. I always weasel my way into the pre-show meetings to get the scoop on the timing for when what will go off. Here's my most recent shot of the Louisville Arenacross just two weeks ago and my rig.

    Cool shot and cool rig.

    I would recommend that ANYONE doing overhead rigging use proper safety cables. A fall could very well kills someone underneath.
