photo numbers visible

I would like to have the photo numbers visible when a photo is shown at it largest size. In this way people can contact me and ask questions about the photo they have seen.

This is not currently possible on New SmugMug, the best you can do is add numbers to thumbnails in certain gallery styles:

You might want to post on the Feature Request forum instead.
