How to select thumbnail images?

My Nav bar has a tab that opens the "Shoots" folder, then shows the 5 galleries' thumbnail images. Viewers will click on animage to open a specific gallery.

I want to change an images that displays for one of the galleries.

How do I specify which image in the gallery will display as the thumbnail image?

For any gallery or any page, folder click customize > gallery, folder or page settings.

Under the basic tab click "feature image". Pick one in the gallery or browse to the one you want to feature.

I'll move this thread to New Smugmug Customization.

I keep trying to post in a new thread (for an hour), but when I click submit new thread, the screen goes white. I am going to try to post this question her now in hopes I may get help with it soon.

I have my "shoots" tab open to the "shoots" folder. From there, I had the gallery thumbnails/images click to open the corresponding galleries. I dont know what I did, but any of these that are clicked now, all navigate to the details page. How do I get it back to have each image open to its gallery?

It looks like you added the text for your details page to all your galleries. You will want to go into customize and change that to only be on your details page by making it custom.

Thanks Smug Eric! If I would have just scrolled down, I would have noticed this.
I still cannot post a new thread....is anyone else having this problem? I type and submit a new post and it goes to a white screen with small text indicating it is waiting on the website to respond. I have no problem replying to this current post with a quick reply though. FYI incase others are experiencing this too.

    Thanks again for the help!

    :)
