Horizontal Line under gallery titles

I am using this code to add a line under my gallery tabs:

.sm-page-widget-nav-toplink, .sm-page-widget-nav-toplink:last-child {
border-bottom: 1px solid #595959 !important;
padding: 7px 0px 7px 0px !important;
width: 90%;
margin-bottom: 0px !important;

It had been displayed as one line under a horizontal spread of the gallery titles, now in the last week it is displaying as the gallery titles stacked vertically with a horizontal line under each title that spans the monitor...any thoughts on how to get the gallery titles all back up on the same horizontal plane with one line under their entirety?

I should specify that this is in my "new" design and not in my legacy page..

I still cant seem to figure it out, especially since it seemed to work fine prior? Does anyone else have this problem or any ideas on how to fix this?
