Using this in CSS allows everyone that's logged in to their own Smug site and visiting my site this is also
applied to them. This should only apply to the site owner.

There are several user class types. You can find the one that will work best for you.

You may want to try .sm-user-owner to make a change specific to what you see as admin of your account.
