Custom URL - not implemented properly?

Hi,

I am testing out the new smugmug and I can tell I am now 90% sure to move back to smugmug after I moved to Zenfolio some years ago. The new possibilities are fantastic.

But I am not getting the custom url to work properly.

I have a folder with some subfolders and galleries but I don't want to have the complete list in the URL.

e.g
travel (folder)

2010 (fodler)

Spain (folder)

Madrid (gallery)

I would like to have the Madrid gallery url to http.//<mysite>/madrid2010

Is that possible?

Zenfolio also has a custom url and you can write whatever url you want.

As far as I know the URL will always include the full hierarchy of folders to gallery. The only specification you can make at the account level is the high-level site name. The rest of the URL is made up of the custom URL that you specify at each level, that is for each folder and gallery.

Hope they consider changing it. The flexibility of having the option to write the url the way toy want disconnected from your folder/gallery organization is so much better.
