Customizing MULTIPLE galeries AT ONCE

I have been trying to figure this out and it is so frustrating...

I would love to be able to apply the same customization to MULTIPLE galleries (NOT ALL) without going through all the steps necessary many many times, but just once.

This is not about Quick Settings. For Instance, I would create a folder under which I would have severeal different galleries and I would like to have all those galleries t have the same theme and same navigation menu.

The logical approach would be using the Customize Site>Just This Folder and one would hope that all the galleries below it would take the same theme and menu... Unfortunately they don't.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately this isn't possible right now. You might want to add your comments to the feature request thread CSS Flow Down.

I think your best bet right now would be to create a theme for that folder / gallery set, then assign the theme to each folder / gallery.

Hanci2Photo, I wondered the same thing. I found it frustrating to customize each of my galleries one at a time. It would be easier to be able to assign particular customizations to multiple galleries at once. I used the method Denise suggested (customizing my theme, then assigning that theme to each of my galleries and folders). A bit tedious that way, but I'm hopeful that SM has this on their list of customization requests for their next update.

This is a very small piece of changing logo on individual galleries. One CSS rule applying to only the
galleries I want. It overrides the general site-wide logo for these galleries. I have about 911 galleries
to add to this. Without CSS flow down there's no other choice.
